Mr. Dougherty was a native of the Craig and Corning, Mo. area. He was retired as conductor on the railroad.

Mr.Dougherty is survived by several cousins.

Graveside services and burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Craig, Mo.
