Mary Frances Felumb passed away the morning of Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Community Hospital, Fairfax, Mo. Mary was a woman of character, with a strong will and even stronger convictions.
Mary married Glenn Felumb. Together they farmed on the outskirts of Craig, Mo.
Mary taught kindergarten at Craig Elementary School for over 15 years. She was an advocate for literacy and education. She actively participated in local elections. Mary\\\'s dedication to educating children came from a love of learning.
She attended Northwest Missouri State University and earned a degree in education. Mary spent a great deal of time reading and keeping up with local and national politics.
Mary Frances enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She was a social woman with a charming and intelligent sense of humor. Mary loved animals and became easily attached to her dog, Sport, and cat, Spunky. Mary\\\'s heart touched many people through the years. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her son, Terry, daughter-in-law, Carla, and granddaughter, Sarah, of St. Louis, Mo.
Services were Monday, Feb. 4, at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Craig, Mo.
