Fern M. Allan, 87, Mound City, Mo., died Sunday, June 25, 1995, at Tiffany Heights nursing home.
Mrs. Allan was born in Corning, Mo., to Henry and Edna Reynolds Sanders. She graduated from Corning High School.
She was a member of the Craig Christian Church and the Lake Shore Club, Craig, Mo.
On Jan. 24, 1926, she married Irven Allen and they farmed in the Craig area. He died in 1993.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, John Sanders, a sister, Ina Hector; a daughter, Marie Allan; and a son, James H. Allan.
Survivors include a son, Stanley, Platte City, Mo.; two daughters, Shirley Dougherty, Rock Port, Mo., and Janet Burnsides, Mound City; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, June 27, at the Craig Christian Church. The Rev. Charles Hagee officiated. The Schooler Funeral Home, Craig, was in charge of arrangements.
Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Craig, Mo.
Pallbearers were Tom Miller, Keith Reynolds, Clavel Howard, John Trauernicht, Lloyd Christmas and Melvin Livengood.
