Helene Wynn Lawrence, age 76, Fairfax, Missouri died Friday, March 17, 2017 at the Community Hospital in Fairfax.

Helene was born May 19, 1940 in Falls City, Nebraska; daughter of the late Henry Peter and Mildred Eleanor (Faller) Schwartz. Helene was a teenager when she and her family moved to Fairfax.

She was united in marriage to Harold Kent Lawrence on August 6, 1965 in Craig, Missouri. He survives her of the home.

Helene was a member of the St. Peter\'s Lutheran Church, Craig, Missouri; the 49\'ers Hobby Club and she previously owned and operated Treasure Tracks in Fairfax.

Helene is survived by her husband Kent of the home, Fairfax; two sons Terry Kemerling, Maryville, Missouri, Rick(Dona) Kemerling, Fairfax; daughter Kelly (Scott) Parshall, Skidmore, Missouri; two brothers Henry "Bud" (Marcia) Schwartz and Ronnie (Elaine) Schwartz, both of Falls City, Nebraska; three grandchildren Jenea\'(Andrew) Salmond, Fairfax, Kody Kemerling and Morgan Kemerling, both of St. Joseph, Missouri; six great grandchildren Marcia, Miceala, and Noah Kemerling, Ryann and Ellee Salmond and Vivian Jeffers; one "special daughter" Renee Keller of Utah; and a host of other friends and loved ones.
