William Edwin "Bill" Livengood was born on October 12, 1958 at Fairfax, Missouri. He was one of four children of William C. "Bill" and Dortheda M. (Smith) Livengood.
Bill graduated from Craig High School in 1976. He married Becky Nuzum on September 26, 1981 in White Cloud, Kansas, and they became parents of two sons.
The family lived in Texas for several years before moving back to Missouri in 1993. Bill owned and operated bulldozers and heavy equipment. Bill passed away on January 19, 2014 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his father, and his great aunt, Doris Smith. He is survived by his wife Becky, of their Mound City home; his mother, Dortheda, of Gladstone, Missouri; son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Joey Livengood, and granddaughter, Bailee Schueth, all of Mound City; son, Michael of Mound City; brother and sister-in-law, Phillip and Sharon Livengood, sister, Lea Ann Boyd and her fiance\\\' Rick Corolla, and sister Sherri Livengood, all of Texas; and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and interment will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014 at 10:00 am at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Craig.
