Paul E. Rother, 83, Craig, died at an Omaha, Neb. hospital on Wednesday, January 14, 2015.

Mr. Rother was a U.S. Navy veteran and a farmer.

Survivors: wife, Joyce, of the home; son, Greg; daughters, Gail (Voltmer) Heitman and husband, Bill; Greta and husband, David Drewes, all of Craig; brother, Robert Rother and Ada, Mound City, Mo.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, January 17, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Mound City.

Interment: I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Craig.

Suggested memorials: Mound City Nutrition Site, Holt County Cancer Fund or Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

Open visitation from 2-7 p.m. Friday, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Mound City.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, at the church.

Military graveside services by Story-Hardin Post #164, American Legion.
