Stephen C. Howard, of St. Joseph, Missouri died Sunday, February 23 at his home, in the care of his family.
Stephen was born October 10, 1947 in Craig, Missouri to Clavel and Delores Howard. He graduated from Craig High School in 1965 and Northwest Missouri State University in 1969. After graduation, he went on to be a teacher and athletics coach in King City and Union Star schools until 1979.
