Esther Minna Miller, 76, New York City, formerly of Corning, Mo., died Thursday, July 27, 2000, at a New York City hospital.
Miss Miller was born near Fairfax, Mo., April 11, 1924, to Borget and Anna Heine Miller. She attended Angel School near Corning and graduated from Corning High School in 1941.
She received a bachelor\\\'s degree in education from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Mo. She taught business economics from 1945 to 19 at Pocatello (Idaho) Senior High School. She moved to San Francisco, where she worked for the Emporium Department Store and American Aviation Underwriters. In 1951, she moved to new York City and worked as an underwriter for E.F. Timme
