Joseph S. Boswell, 66, Gladstone, Mo., died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, at a North Kansas City hospital.

He was born May 30, 1939, in Forest City, the son of Everett "Pat" and Alice Comer Boswell.

He graduated from Forest City High School in 1957.

He married Emilie Rebel April 22, 1962, at Concordia Lutheran Church, Mound City, Mo. They moved to Gladstone in 1966. She survives of the home.

He was a used truck salesman for several dealers and was currently working for Peterbilt Trucks. he was a member of the Ararat Shrine Temple and the Masonic Lodge, both of Kansas City, and the Ham Radio Club. He taught CPR and was an American Red Cross Volunteer.

He is also survived by two daughters, Rebecca Mikesic of Edwardsville, Kan., and Tracy Fuson of St. Joseph; a son, Chris Boswell of Gladstone; a sister, Patricia Keeney of St. Joseph; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services, Feb. 16, at Chamberlain Funeral Home, Mound City, Mo.
Burial: I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Craig, Mo.
